  • Coordinate finalization of As-Built drawings
  • Coordinate finalization of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
  • Coordinate user training where required
  • Ensure that all punch lists are closed out
  • Ensure that all testing and commissioning procedures are carried out
  • Ensure that all relevant project documentation is handed over
  • Coordinate handover inspection by the client and the consultant
  • Assist the client with issuing the handover certificate
  • Coordinate final inspection by client and consultant at the end of the Defects Liability Period
