  • Assign professional personnel for the project
  • Monitor and coordinate the progress and quality of works of contractors and subcontractors through scheduled meetings and follow up
  • Review monthly progress evaluations from the contractors
  • Review and ensure the safety plans are carried out properly
  • Manage changes to the scope of the contract and advice our client accordingly
  • Assist client with resolution of any claims
