PRE-CONSTRUCTION

As PM assist the Client with preparing a responsibility matrix wherein all parties to the project are clearly defined including their responsibilities

As PM assist the client with managing the timely appointment and performance of each party to the project including its integration with other parties

As CM provide advice to Engineers and QS regarding the constructability and Value Engineering
CONSTRUCTION
PHASE

Assign professional personnel for the project

Monitor and coordinate the progress and quality of works of contractors and subcontractors through scheduled meetings and follow up

Review monthly progress evaluations from the contractors

Review and ensure the safety plans are carried out properly

Manage changes to the scope of the contract and advice our client accordingly

Assist client with resolution of any claims
POST-CONSTRUCTION
PHASE
-
Coordinate finalization of As-Built drawings

Coordinate finalization of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
-
Coordinate user training where required

Ensure that all punch lists are closed out

Ensure that all testing and commissioning procedures are carried out

Ensure that all relevant project documentation is handed over

Coordinate handover inspection by the client and the consultant

Assist the client with issuing the handover certificate

Coordinate final inspection by client and consultant at the end of the Defects Liability Period
