Human Resources

It was early 2024 and Marsha Zaki Anggraini was stepping into her first big job as a Junior Human Resources (HR) Officer at TeamworX after being fresh out of university. She carried a blend of excitement and anxiety, typical of any new graduate entering the workforce.
“I was a bit scared because, you know, can I do this?" said Marsha.
However, her early fears melted away after seeing how supportive her colleagues were. From her first day, she expressed how she felt welcomed with open arms. Informal interactions like shared lunches with colleagues, including directors, helped Marsha feel at home.
“Here, everyone looks after each other,” she said. “And there’s no feeling of a gap between the generations.”
Marsha was not alone in feeling the support at work. As an HR staff and a new mother, Desyanti Wahyu Putri was allowed to work from home until her child turned one back in 2022, even when others had returned to the office post-COVID-19.
Marsha and Desy are among many employees who have enjoyed the supportive family-like company culture, which has been a core value since TeamworX’s inception in 2003 when only a handful of employees were present. Even as it now hosts a larger number of employees, the company has kept the essence of a closely-knit family.
Senior HR Octora Ramadhanti “Dhanti” echoed this sentiment. “The sense of family stood out like that from the beginning. So, the work situation was nice, comfortable, and close-knit,” said Dhanti, adding that this has led to low employee turnover
As someone who joined right after the company was established, Dhanti explains that the company’s engagement in bonding activities has helped improve collaboration and coordination between departments in TeamworX.
“We are feeling grateful that TeamworX facilitate every employee bonding activity,” said Dhanti.
Apart from personal support, TeamworX has been striving to support its employees professionally. For instance, Dhanti discussed how TeamworX actively invests in enhancing the skills of its employees through structured training programs. These training initiatives are tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments within the company.
In particular, TeamworX supports its employees to stay ahead of technological trends. This is part of a broader strategy to ensure all employees are not only up to date with the latest industry standards and technologies but are also prepared to handle and adapt to the dynamic challenges of their roles.
As TeamworX continues to grow and adapt to the new norms of the business world, Dhanti explains that the company remains anchored by its core values of family and continuous learning.
